Born in Rome on 5 February 1967.
Graduated in Law at the University “La Sapienza” of Rome, with the vote of 110 cum laude and thesis in Institutions of Private Law, Supervisor Prof. Natalino Irti.
He passed the exam to become a solicitor, in the 1992-1993 session, at the Court of Appeal of Rome and is regularly enrolled in the Bar Association in 1994.
He has been working with Studio Legale Pontecorvo since 1990.
A student of Prof. Natalino Irti, he obtained his PhD from the Tor Vergata University of Rome in 2005.
Since 2008 he has been a member of the Bar Association.
Since 2009, he has been a member of the Board of Directors of the Ospedale Israelitico di Roma, and in 2015 he became Vice President.
Since 1996 he has written several scientific publications, including the monograph “Impossibilità sopravvenuta della prestazione per fatto imputabile al creditore” (Giuffrè editions, Milan), numerous entries in the “Dictionary of arbitration” (Giappichelli editions, 1997) and in the “Commentario al codice civile” (UTET editions), various articles and notes to judgments published in “Giustizia Civile” and in “Rivista dell’arbitrato”.
Good knowledge of spoken and written English. Good computer skills.
