Angelo Romano

Angelo Romano is a lawyer with approximately 20 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, venture capital, private equity, corporate governance, as well as in the most significant aspects of corporate law. He assists clients—including listed and unlisted companies, entrepreneurs, and investment funds—across various sectors, such as high-tech, telecommunications, fashion, pharmaceuticals, and energy, as well as in the banking and insurance industries. In the course of his professional career, he has held positions on the boards of directors of several Italian companies.
After graduating with top honors from the Università Cattolica in Milan, he worked at top-tier international law firms. He is currently a Partner in the private equity and venture capital department at the Milan-based law firm LMCR.
