GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE PROVISION OF SERVICES

 
  1. General Terms and Conditions of Services – Porter Service These general terms and conditions (“General Terms and Conditions“) govern the service, offered by TraWell Co S.p.A. (C.F.-P.IVA: 02389980125) with registered office in Via Olona n. 183/G, 21013 Gallarate (VA) (“TraWell” or the “Company“), of Porter Service (“Service“). The Service can also be commercialised under the brand name (owned by Trawell) ‘Safe Bag’. The Service is designed to provide assistance and support to the passenger (‘Customer‘ or ‘User‘) in transporting their luggage and includes:
    • the reception of the Customer in the car park (“Pickup Point“) and the reception and transport of the Baggage to the check-in area, respecting the schedule of the reservation made by the Customer;
    • welcoming the Customer in the Arrivals Hall and receiving and transporting the Baggage to the Parking Area (“Drop-off Point“), respecting the schedule of the reservation made by the Customer.

  2. Definitions In these General Terms and Conditions for the Provision of Services, the following terms and expressions shall have the following meanings:
    “Airport”: means the airport(s) where the Service is provided (Prague Airport “Václav Havel”). 
    “Baggage(s)”: shall mean any container(s) handled with the services offered by TraWell, excluding their contents.
    “Customer(s) and/or User(s)”: means the passenger(s) of any air carrier that purchases the services offered by TraWell.
    “General Terms and Conditions”: means these General Terms and Conditions of Service.
    “Confirmation of Payment” has the meaning set forth in Article 5.3.
    “Booking Confirmation” has the meaning set out in Article 4.3.
    “Customer Care” and/or “Customer Service”: means the TraWell Team available to each Customer to provide information and assistance regarding the TraWell services. The Customer Care service is provided by sostravel.com S.p.A. – with registered office in Via Marsala 34/A, 21013 Gallarate (Va), Italy, P.IVA IT03624170126 (hereinafter “SosTravel“) – a company partner to the TraWell group, on behalf of TraWell. On the Site https://www.safe-bag.com sono published the contact details and how to communicate with Customer Care.
    ” Drop-off Point “: indicates the area of the Car Park designated for the unloading of Baggage(s), where the Customer will find the means of transport by which he intends to leave the airport.
    “Online Shop”: means the E-Commerce page available on the Site where the Customer can purchase the Service online.
    “Parking” means a pre-designated area of the airport car park.
    “Withdrawal Period” has the meaning given in Article 6. 
    “Pickup Point”: means the area of the Car Park used to welcome the Customer(s) prior to check-in operations.
    “First Flight”: indicates the outward flight.
    “Second Flight”: indicates the return flight.
    “Points of Sale” has the meaning set out in Article 3.
    “TraWell” and/or “Company”: means TraWell Co S.p.A. (C.F.-VAT no.: 02389980125) with registered office at Via Olona no. 183/G, 21013 Gallarate (VA).
    “Arrivals Hall”: means the area of the airport used for the reception of the Customer(s) returning from their journey. 
    “Service”: means the Porter Service, as regulated in Article 3. 
    “Site”: means the TraWell Site accessible at: shop.trawellco.com.

  3. Service Features 
    1. TraWell undertakes (i) to welcome the Customer(s) at the Pickup Point and assist him/her by receiving and transporting the Baggage(s) to the check-in area, (ii) to welcome the Customer(s) in the Arrivals Hall and assist him/her by receiving and transporting the Baggage(s) to the Drop-off Point. Suitcases are handled using trolleys and/or other professional tools designed to ensure easy and safe transport of all types of luggage.
    2. The Service is guaranteed exclusively at Trawell Points of Sale (“Points of Sale“) enabled to the Service, as listed on the Site. The Customer is required to check whether the Service is active at the airport of interest. 
    3. Although it is possible to use the Service during the entire opening hours of the Points of Sale (and displayed on the Site), TraWell does not guarantee the punctuality of the Service without a reservation.

  4. How to book the Service
    • the User may make an online reservation of the Service, to be purchased later at the Points of Sale, as provided below.
    • The Customer may book the Service by e-mail to porter_prg@safe-bag.com
    •  containing the following information:
      1. the date on which the User intends to go to the Point of Sale to purchase the Service;
      2. quantity of Baggage for which the Service is requested;
      3. summary data of the First Flight and Second Flight.
    • At the end of the booking process, the User will receive an e-mail (the “Booking Confirmation“) summarising: 
      • the Service booked and the relevant reservation number;
      • the Pickup Point;
      • the Sales Point present at the Airport where to purchase the booked Service;
      • the time of arrival at the Point of Sale;
    • The Customer shall present him/herself at the Point of Sale, at the time and on the day indicated in the Booking Confirmation, with the Booking Confirmation to be shown to TraWell personnel. Payment for the services booked shall be made directly at the Point of Sale.
    • The price of the Service applicable to the User is the price published online and available on the Site at the time the reservation is made. The price of the Service is expressed in Euros (it is possible that at certain airports the price is expressed in local currency) and is understood to include VAT, with no gratuities or additional costs.  This price may be subject to change without prior notice.

  5. Online Purchase of the Service 
    1. The Customer may purchase the Service online via the Online Shop in accordance with the following provisions.
    2. To proceed with the purchase of the Service, the Customer shall access the Online Shop on the Site and indicate:
      • the day on which it intends to use the Service; 
      • the quantity of Baggage for which the Service is requested. 
    3. Once the purchase is completed, TraWell sends the Customer a summary order confirmation e-mail (the “Payment Confirmation“) containing: 
      • the Service booked and the relevant reservation number;
      • the Pickup Point.
      In the event of non-confirmation of payment, no cost is charged to the Customer and the transaction will be cancelled.
    4. At the airport, the Customer must show the Confirmation of Payment, in paper or electronic format, to the TraWell and/or Safe Bag operator who will proceed to assist the passenger with all his/her needs.
    5. In the event of online purchase of the Service, the User shall be entitled to a discount on the price of the Service in the percentage indicated in the Online Shop on the Site. The price of the Service is the price published online at the time the purchase order is placed and is understood to include VAT, without any gratuity and without additional costs. This price may be subject to change without prior notice. It is the User’s responsibility to check the final price before placing the purchase order.
    6. The “General Terms and Conditions of Use and Sale for Online Purchases on www.trawellco.com”, published on the Site and which the User is required to view and accept before concluding the order, regulate the procedures for concluding the online reservation and/or purchase from the Site.
